Double-check that you're entering the correct trading account number and password, paying close attention to capital letters, symbols, and easily confused characters like “O” (letter) and “0” (number). Also, make sure there are no extra spaces before or after the credentials.
Another potential issue is selecting the wrong server. Even if your account number and password are correct, connecting to the wrong server will trigger the error. Be sure to choose the exact server assigned to your account, as listed in your welcome email or in the Client Portal.
If you're trying to log in to a demo account, the error could mean that your demo session has expired. Demo accounts typically have a limited duration and will no longer function after that period ends. In that case, you’ll need to create a new one.
