The BlackBull Markets Alternatives reviewed in this guide are:
BlackBull Markets alternatives should be chosen by the part of the BlackBull stack you actually want to replace.
Each alternative offers a different combination of platforms, account structures, pricing and trading tools. The most relevant option depends on which parts of the existing workflow need to remain familiar and which features the trader wants to change.
The profiles below begin with Bullwaves and then examine the other platforms individually. After those profiles, the comparison tables and supporting sections provide the additional detail needed to compare the shortlist consistently.
Readers can use the individual profiles to understand each option first, then continue to the later tables and practical sections for a more detailed comparison of the factors that matter to their own situation.
Bullwaves built its trading environment around MetaTrader 5 across web, desktop
An EA should not go live until every input that depends on a symbol or broker specification has been checked.
BlackBull's current stack offers more execution interfaces. Bullwaves centres the experience on MT5. Bullwaves do not claim native cTrader, MT4 or direct TradingView execution in this comparison.
That narrower model can be an advantage when:
It is a disadvantage when the trader has cBots, Pine-based alerts connected to TradingView, or an MQL4 codebase that cannot be rewritten.
Bullwaves' account-types page publishes Classic, VIP and ECN routes with different starting deposits and minimum spreads. Another Bullwaves page describes a Raw ECN route with spreads from zero. These are starting conditions, not an average-cost guarantee.
BlackBull currently publishes no separate commission on ECN Standard and a per-side commission on ECN Prime. A valid comparison therefore needs two pairs:
Record spread at entry and exit, round-turn commission, overnight financing and conversion for the same symbol and size. Do not compare BlackBull's minimum spread during liquid hours with a Bullwaves spread observed during a volatile minute, or the reverse.
BlackBull CopyTrader and Bullwaves social trading both involve following other traders, but the provider universe, allocation rules, reporting and risk controls are not transferable.
Bullwaves' social-trading page describes linking an MT5 account, choosing a provider and setting an amount. Before replacing the BlackBull copy module:
Past performance at either broker does not predict future results.
Bullwaves does not replace BlackBull Invest's direct securities functionality. It also does not reproduce BlackBull's full platform menu.
Do not choose Bullwaves when:
Bullwaves operate through Equitex Capital Limited, regulated by the Seychelles FSA under licence SD185. Bullwaves must not be described as FMA, FCA, CySEC or EU regulated.
Simplify only after testing: Compare the live symbol, spread and commission in its client dashboard, then run the complete MT5 workflow in demo. Explore the Bullwaves MT5 trading environment
Bullwaves brings the main parts of the trading journey into one MT5-centred environment. Traders can use MetaTrader 5 on desktop, web and mobile, build watchlists, analyse charts, place market and pending orders, set protective levels and review account history from the same core platform.
The account experience is supported by AI Insights, market information and Social Trading. Together, these tools can help users organise research, follow market developments and study how other strategies are structured while keeping position size, margin use and risk decisions under their own control.
Before moving from research to live trading, users can compare the available account route, current spreads and commissions, instrument specifications and funding methods shown for their region. A practical first step is to recreate a normal watchlist in a demo account, test the orders used most often and confirm how the platform behaves across the devices that will form part of the everyday workflow.
IC Markets is the closest active-trading substitute in this shortlist for a BlackBull user who genuinely uses several platforms or automation routes.
The current IC trading-platform page lists MT4, MT5, cTrader and TradingView, alongside IC Social and other copy services. This looks similar to BlackBull's active platform menu, but the connections are not identical.
IC's reviewed TradingView route is connected through cTrader. Its TradingView page says only a cTrader Raw account can be used for that integration.
BlackBull's platform connection guide gives separate connection instructions for MT4, MT5, TradingView and cTrader. A BlackBull trader should therefore not assume that an IC TradingView login will expose every IC account or mirror the same back-end arrangement.
Test the exact chain:
This is where the module method earns its keep. “Both have TradingView” is not enough.
IC's current Raw Spread page presents MT4 and MT5 raw pricing, a separate commission and server infrastructure intended for active traders, scalpers and Expert Advisors.
For an existing BlackBull EA, compare:
Do not turn a vendor latency claim into a guarantee for the user's connection. Measure from the VPS or device that will actually trade.
cTrader automation also needs a rebuild check. A cBot may be portable at code level while still depending on broker symbols, volume units or account permissions.
IC's reviewed Raw Spread page publishes an average EUR/USD spread figure and a commission per side. That is more useful than a minimum alone, but it is still a broker-published figure.
Compare at least 30 observations across the strategy's normal session:
and mobile. Around that core Bullwaves provides AI Insights, market information and social trading.
Bullwaves is the strongest fit in this list when the BlackBull account has become operationally noisy. If MT4, cTrader, TradingView execution and cash investing are not actually used, carrying them in the comparison does not create value.
Bullwaves' current trading-platform page describes MT5 WebTrader, desktop and mobile access. A BlackBull MT5 user can retain the platform family and many familiar concepts:
The login and broker server will still change. An MT5 account is not portable in the way an email account is. Open positions, balance, symbol history and broker-side conditions remain with BlackBull.
Build a server-difference sheet before moving:
If the strategy trades five lots a month, a high-volume rebate programme may not matter. If it trades hundreds, commission tiers and rebates can dominate the result.
The reviewed IC global pages identify Raw Trading Ltd, regulated by the Seychelles FSA under licence SD018. IC also operates other regional companies. Confirm the entity offered in the application rather than transferring a licence from another IC website.
IC is the right shortlist choice when preserving the active stack is more important than simplifying it. It is not the obvious replacement for BlackBull Invest or a New Zealand-specific legal relationship.
Pepperstone is another broad active-trading alternative, but its strongest difference in this comparison is the way platform and copy modules can be combined.
The current platform support hub lists MT4, MT5, cTrader, TradingView and copy trading. Its ways-to-trade page also presents a proprietary Pepperstone platform.
A BlackBull trader can shortlist Pepperstone without deciding on one interface immediately. MT4 or MT5 may reduce migration friction, cTrader may preserve a cBot workflow, and TradingView may preserve chart-led execution.
Availability is not universal. The current Pepperstone TradingView page says the reviewed integration uses a Razor CFD account and publishes separate commission information. It also attaches eligibility criteria to a free TradingView subscription.
That means a headline such as “free TradingView” needs three checks:
The platform can be free while the trading route is not the cheapest.
Pepperstone currently presents several copy paths. Its copy-trading hub lists CopyTrading by Pepperstone, cTrader Copy and Signal Start.
The cTrader Copy page says providers can set performance, management and volume fees and can impose a minimum deposit. The Pepperstone CopyTrading page describes linking MT4 or MT5 accounts and includes position-size and drawdown controls.
This is more choice, not automatically better copying. Compare:
BlackBull's current CopyTrader page says its platform is free to join and use, while individual providers can impose funding requirements. Pepperstone strategies can use different fee structures. The trader must compare the selected provider, not just the broker.
The reviewed Pepperstone offer is primarily a CFD proposition. Share and ETF CFDs do not replace ownership of cash securities in BlackBull Invest.
Pepperstone can replace BlackBull's active execution and copy modules. It should not be presented as a direct investment-account replacement unless the relevant entity supplies official evidence of cash ownership.
Pepperstone is strongest for a BlackBull user who wants:
It is weaker for someone trying to consolidate cash securities, bonds and leveraged trades into a single long-term portfolio.
Saxo belongs in this comparison because BlackBull is no longer only a CFD platform. Its current platform page promotes BlackBull Invest with access to shares, options, ETFs, bonds and other underlying assets.
If that investment module is the reason for switching, comparing only forex spreads misses the task.
The current SaxoInvestor page presents stocks, ETFs, mutual funds, bonds and options in one account, subject to country availability. The SaxoTrader page presents the wider product range, including CFDs, forex, futures and commodities.
Saxo can be a stronger BlackBull Invest alternative when the portfolio requires:
The comparison must include more than dealing commission:
BlackBull's public platform page mentions 26,000-plus instruments across associated entities and platforms. Saxo also presents a broad range. Neither headline confirms that one specific security is available to one applicant.
Use the ISIN, exchange and currency for every planned transfer.
SaxoTrader is proprietary. It does not replace an MT4, MT5 or cTrader automation setup without new development.
For that reason, a deliberate split may be the best architecture:
Two providers add administration, but they also prevent a long-term portfolio from being moved to a broker selected only for its forex platform.
Saxo is the most relevant option here when the BlackBull switch is really an investment-platform decision. It is a poor fit when the user's entire workflow is an MT5 EA and the cash portfolio does not exist.
eToro is not a close platform substitute for BlackBull. That is precisely why it can be a meaningful alternative.
BlackBull offers social and copy tools as modules connected to a wider active-trading stack. eToro makes social discovery, public profiles and CopyTrader central to its proprietary environment.
The current eToro CopyTrader page describes automatically mirroring eligible investors. Its fees page says there is no additional CopyTrader charge, while the underlying positions can still carry their normal spreads, commissions or overnight fees.
Moving from BlackBull CopyTrader to eToro is not a provider transfer. Performance history, allocation, open positions and stop settings do not follow the client.
Treat the move as a fresh selection process:
The visual simplicity of copying can hide layered exposure. Copying three providers who all hold the same technology stocks is not meaningful diversification.
eToro does not preserve MT4, MT5, cTrader or TradingView broker execution. There is no direct migration for an EA or cBot.
This makes eToro unsuitable when platform automation is the main BlackBull module. It can suit a discretionary user who no longer wants to maintain separate charting, execution and copy tools.
The current eToro fees page distinguishes eligible stock and ETF investments from CFDs and says CFD trades are marked in the execution window. Leveraged and short positions are generally CFDs, and product restrictions can also affect treatment.
Check each ticket. The same underlying company can lead to a cash security in one context and a derivative in another.
Country differences are substantial. Stock commissions, local-currency accounts, withdrawal charges and product availability can change with residence and legal entity.
eToro is the strongest conceptual alternative when the user wants to replace a modular trading stack with one social-led proprietary environment.
It is the wrong choice when:
Best for: a long-established route with proprietary and MetaTrader workflows.
OANDA is worth comparing when transparent regional terms and a choice between a proprietary interface and MetaTrader matter. Platform, product and pricing availability differs by legal entity, so the useful comparison is the exact account offered in your country.
Check the current platform, instruments, fees and legal entity for your country before opening an account.
Best for: a feature-rich proprietary trading platform.
CMC Markets is a relevant option for traders who value proprietary charting, research and order controls. Its strongest fit is usually the trader willing to adopt a broker-specific workflow rather than reproduce a MetaTrader setup exactly.
Check the current platform, instruments, fees and legal entity for your country before opening an account.
BlackBull Markets is unusually difficult to compare with one feature table. Its current platform page lists MT4, MT5, cTrader, TradingView, BlackBull CopyTrader and BlackBull Invest. Its client-portal guide adds services such as VPS access, ZuluTrade, Myfxbook, MAM and PAMM management.
That is not one product. It is a stack.
A BlackBull client might use TradingView for analysis, MT5 for execution, a VPS for an Expert Advisor, CopyTrader for another allocation, the client portal for funding and BlackBull Invest for long-term securities. Another client may use only cTrader and a bank transfer.
Calling both clients “BlackBull users” hides the migration problem. The first client has six connected modules to audit. The second may need to replace only two.
This guide separates the stack into:
An alternative only needs to replace the modules you use. It does not need to win a beauty contest against every BlackBull feature.
Capital.com combines a proprietary trading interface with research and educational resources designed to support a guided trading workflow.
This option is particularly relevant for traders looking for a streamlined proprietary platform and learning tools. Platform access, pricing and account availability should be compared for the country in which the account will be opened.
Admirals combines MetaTrader access with a wider investing and trading environment, subject to the products and account terms available through the relevant entity.
This option is particularly relevant for traders looking for MetaTrader access in a broader multi-asset setting. Platform access, pricing and account availability should be compared for the country in which the account will be opened.
We selected these BlackBull Markets alternatives by comparing the parts of the BlackBull Markets experience that most often drive a genuine switch:
Each broker had to solve a distinct use case and provide enough official product or legal information for that fit to be checked. The order reflects the purpose stated in this guide, not a universal ranking for every trader or country.
The order is not a claim that Bullwaves has more modules. It does not.
We place Bullwaves first among these BlackBull Markets alternatives when the objective is to retire unused modules and centre the workflow on MT5, AI-supported research and social trading.
That finding is intentionally limited. Bullwaves does not match BlackBull's MT4, cTrader, TradingView or cash-investment breadth.
IC Markets is the closest alternative for preserving a multi-platform, automation-friendly CFD architecture. Pepperstone is strongest for rebuilding active trading with several platform and copy routes. Saxo is the investment-ledger candidate when BlackBull Invest is the real feature being replaced. eToro is the most different option and makes sense when social participation should become the core interface.
The right choice may be a split:
Replace only the modules that fail. Keep the ones that work. Retire the ones that add complexity without being used.
